The Lake Itasca Family Music
Festival depends on more than 50
volunteers to serve your needs
and keep this festival operating
smoothly. Prior to the festival,
the volunteer festival staff
does the planning and
preparation work. During the
festival, volunteers take
tickets, sell shirts, watch the
gate, provide handicap service,
set up the grounds, run the
snack shack, help with garbage
maintenance, run sound systems,
drive shuttles, direct traffic
for parking and camping, etc. So
while you are at the festival,
if you see a festival staff
worker, greet them and tell them
"thank you" for their generosity
in helping make the festival
enjoyable for you!
