Our festival is held on the
grounds of the Lake Itasca
Region Pioneer Farmers, in North
Central Minnesota. Located just
east of the north entrance to
Itasca State Park, on Highway
200, we are in a beautifully
wooded area, with many historic
buildings.
We have lots of room for you to
pitch a tent, park an RV, or set
up a camper. Camping areas are
primitive (no hookups
available). Camping is available
on a first-come, first-serve
basis. The rough camping area
will open at 10:00 am
Friday morning. No early
campers are permitted.
Rough
Camping (per site): $10.00 per site—covers all three
days.
RV
Camping (per site): $20.00 per site—covers all three
days
Handicap RV camping sites
and parking are available; units
must have valid sticker/placard
visible on vehicles utilizing
designated handicap RV sites.
If you would rather make your
own lodging arrangements, here are some
other ideas:
Stay at
Itasca State Park:
Itasca State Park, which is
adjacent to the festival
grounds, is the beautiful
location of the
Headwaters of
the Mississippi River. Your
family can enjoy swimming,
biking, canoeing, hiking, and
much more. Take a break and go
wade across the Mighty
Mississippi (entrance to the
park is not included in your
festival tickets. You can bike
or walk into the park for free;
vehicles pay a small fee). Go
here to
make reservations at Itasca
State Park.
